I've played a healer in competitive ball groups for years. I know what it feels like to keep an outnumbered group alive through a sustained GvG, to manage sustain through eight minutes of pressure while your crown calls the push, to watch your group survive burst that should have wiped them because your timing was right.
I also know what it feels like to watch a fight fall apart at minute five — heals dropping, resources gone, the group starting to crack — and have no way to explain what happened. Not to your crown. Not even to yourself.
